WhatsAppによるAI Chatbotの試験運用のお知らせ

この度、群馬サファリパークでは、増加するインバウンドのお客様向けにWhatsAppを利用したAI Chatbotのサービスを試験導入いたします。
WhatsAppは、Meta社の提供する世界中で利用されている無料のメッセージアプリで、簡単にテキスト、通話、写真や動画の共有できる仕組みとなっています。
欧米諸国やアジアを中心に、世界で一番使われているアプリがWhatsAppであることから試験導入に踏み切りました。
アプリ内に常駐するAIチャットボットを構築することで、当園の過ごし方やおすすめのバスツアーなどを学習し、自然でスムーズなやり取りが出来ることを目指しております。

なお、試験運用を開始したAI Chatbotは英語対応に特化したもので、日本語でのやり取りはできません。

Announcement of Trial Operation: AI Chatbot via WhatsApp

Gunma Safari Park is pleased to announce the trial introduction of an AI chatbot service using WhatsApp, designed to assist the increasing number of inbound visitors.

WhatsApp, provided by Meta, is one of the world’s most widely used free messaging apps, allowing users to easily send text messages, make calls, and share photos and videos. Given its overwhelming popularity, especially in Europe, America, and Asia, we have decided to conduct this trial operation.

By implementing an AI chatbot within the app, our goal is to provide a smooth and natural communication experience, enabling users to easily learn about how to enjoy their time at Gunma Safari Park, recommended bus tours, and more.

Please note that the AI chatbot is currently available only in English. Communication in Japanese is not supported during this trial period.
